Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Uniqueeostudio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our website and services.

Services

Uniqueeostudio provides event decor and photo zone installation services. We specialize in creating custom backdrops, styling installations, and providing event decoration services for various types of events including weddings, corporate events, parties, and special celebrations. Our services include design consultation, installation, styling, and breakdown.

Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due one week before your event date. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, and other agreed-upon methods. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the event date will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made 2-4 weeks before the event date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event date are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available up to 2 weeks before the event date at no additional charge, subject to availability. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details, venue information, and access requirements
• Ensuring the venue is accessible for installation and breakdown at agreed times
• Obtaining necessary permits or approvals from venue management
• Protecting installed items from damage during the event
• Notifying us of any changes to event details in a timely manner (at least 2 weeks notice)
• Ensuring adequate power supply and space for installations
• Providing accurate guest count and event timeline

Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Delivering services as agreed in the booking confirmation
• Arriving on time for installation and breakdown
• Maintaining professional standards in all installations
• Addressing any issues that arise during installation promptly
• Removing all installations and restoring the venue after the event
• Providing quality materials and professional execution
• Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage

Liability and Insurance

Uniqueeostudio maintains appropriate insurance coverage for public liability and professional indemnity. We are not liable for damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, power failures, or client-provided information errors. Clients are responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by negligence or misuse. Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.

Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and creative work produced by Uniqueeostudio remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use images of installations for personal or promotional purposes with appropriate credit. We reserve the right to use images of our work for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of significant changes that may affect existing bookings. If we are unable to provide a service as booked due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work with clients to find alternative solutions or provide appropriate refunds.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uniqueeostudio's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, or other acts of God.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify clients of material changes via email or website notice.
